Are chickens legal inside city limits in Gautier, MS?

We have 7 chickens in our fenced in back yard, in a large fenced in coop. We keep everything clean, and they are very silent. (they make less noise than our two golden retrievers). You cannot see, or hear them from any other house, or from the road. My question is – are chickens legal inside city limits in Gautier, MS?

    as long as they do not disturb your neighbors and they are in a fenced in area they are legal but you can not let them out of the coop or someone might be disturbed and report you for disturbance of peace
