I am unable to buy the chicken coop on farmville. When I go to the market page, it says that it is locked because the limit is one. I have not bought a chicken coop in Farmville, but I have collected mystery eggs off of other people’s posts.
Is this happening to anyone else? How can I fix it?

When the coops initially came out you had to gift someone a coop. Everyone is only allowed one chicken coop. If you were sent more than one chicken coop you were only allowed to keep one, the rest turned into chickens. The only thing I can reckon of for you to do is see if any of your friends can gift the coops still. I reckon those with higher levels may be able to gift them but I’m not really sure. Your best bet is to see if anyone of higher levels than you can gift the coops.
That’s fascinating that you can’t buy even one. I know that Zynga, the makers of FarmVille place in a limit so that you could have only one. Maybe you had one in the past and it is showing up for some reason? Also, FarmVille has been having some issues loading the past couple days, so they might be doing some behind the scenes work that is temporarily screwing things up.

I can’t buy a chicken coop either. What the coop?! I hope they fix it. I’m level 20. It won’t even let me collect ppls mystery eggs. Farmville! What the coop?!
Then you should check your gift box, see if one of those eggs hatched into a coop. When you collect your first egg, it will turn into a coop.
